Your new Blello mattress (the “Mattress”) is covered by a 100-night guarantee (the “100-Night Guarantee”). For a period of one hundred (100) nights from the date of delivery of the Mattress, you may return it for a full refund of the price paid, less any discounts or credits applied, if you are not completely satisfied. As part of this guarantee, we ask only that you commit to trying the Mattress for a full thirty (30) nights.
To return a Mattress under the 100-Night Guarantee, simply email us at email@example.com. Instead of taking the Mattress back, we will have you donate it to a local charity or non-profit of your choosing (or, if you prefer, we can help you select one in your area, and if we are unable to do so, we will arrange to have the Mattress picked up by a service at no cost to you). You should, therefore, make sure that the Mattress remains in good condition (no tears, stains, abuse, damage, soling, odors) during the 100 Night Guarantee Period. Once the Mattress is donated, simply email us a copy of your donation receipt, and we will promptly process your refund in full.
This policy is limited to one return per household per year, and it must be exercised directly with Blello no later than the 100th day following delivery (or your personal possession) of the Mattress for which you want a refund. Blello’s 100 Night Guarantee is null and void once a Mattress is transported out of the United States.
Please retain your original purchase receipt to submit as proof of purchase, as this may be requested as part of the return process.
